About the event
No, we're not kidding! Yogoat and Rosedale OTR are teaming up to host a special edition of goat + puppy yoga on Sunday, November 7th, at 12pm.
Tickets include a 45-minute class accompanied by baby goats and puppies and a post-workout mimosa.
Why goat yoga? Studies have shown it increases overall mood and happiness as immediate side effects while decreasing blood pressure and having a positive effect on the immune system. In addition...baby goats are just really, really cute.
